Property in Pakistan is sold on relationships and phone calls. That part works. What doesn't work is everything around it — a buyer saved as a contact, a requirement remembered from a conversation, a follow-up that depends on someone's memory, and an agency owner who can only find out how the month is going by asking.
Global CRMs exist, but they are built for a different market. They don't understand marla and kanal, they price in dollars per user per month, and they expect a sales process nobody here runs. So agencies stay on WhatsApp and spreadsheets, and lose deals quietly.
